Please note: Summer camp spots fill up fast. To confirm your child’s spot in the summer camp please be sure to send an e-transfer for $25/week/camper following submission of this registration form. Payments can be sent by e-transfer to belleislewatershed@gmail.com or if you would like to pay by cash or cheque please email us at belleislewatershed@gmail.com for special arrangements. Please include Belleisle Watershed Adventure Camp Payment in the subject line of the email. We are always happy to answer questions so please email us with any you may have regarding the camp.

Photo Waiver:

- I attest that I am a parent or legal guardian of the child listed above. I hereby authorize the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John to publish the photographs taken of my child for use in the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John promotional purposes. (Example: Website, Facebook page, Annual Report, Newspaper etc.)

- I release the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children and myself and attest that I have the authority to authorize the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John to use the photographs.

- I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John is voluntary, neither the minor children nor I will receive financial compensation.

- I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release the Belleisle Watershed Coalition & BGC Greater Saint John, its board of directors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with the participation of the undersigned minor children.

Non Refundable Cancelation Fee

By accepting the terms below you are in agreement that there is a non refundable registration fee of $5 if you cancel within 4 weeks of the summer camp start date.
